1. Úvod

Tyto podmínky použití (dále jen „podmínky“) upravují používání webu dlnauka.eu (dále jen „web“) a mobilní aplikace Návěstidlo (dále jen „aplikace“). Používáním webu nebo aplikace potvrzujete, že jste si podmínky přečetli a souhlasíte s nimi.

3. Rozsah služeb

Web a aplikace slouží zejména k poskytování vzdělávacích a informačních materiálů v oblasti železničního provozu, IT a souvisejících technologií. Obsah je poskytován „tak jak je“ a může být kdykoliv změněn nebo odstraněn bez předchozího upozornění.

4. Použití aplikace Návěstidlo

Aplikace Návěstidlo má vzdělávací a informační charakter. Není určena jako oficiální nebo závazný zdroj pro řízení vlaku, provoz na železnici nebo nahrazení platných předpisů dopravce či správce infrastruktury.

Jako uživatel souhlasíte s tím, že:

  • aplikaci používáte na vlastní odpovědnost,
  • v reálném provozu se vždy řídíte platnými předpisy, návěstními knihami a pokyny zaměstnavatele,
  • autor aplikace nenese odpovědnost za škody způsobené nesprávným výkladem nebo použitím informací z aplikace.

5. Autorská práva

Veškerý obsah webu a aplikace (texty, grafika, zdrojové kódy, databáze, obrázky) je chráněn autorským právem. Bez předchozího souhlasu provozovatele není dovoleno:

  • kopírovat, upravovat nebo dále šířit obsah,
  • používat obsah pro komerční účely,
  • reverzně analyzovat nebo dekompilovat aplikaci, pokud to neumožňuje zákon.

6. Odpovědnost

Ačkoliv je snahou provozovatele poskytovat přesné a aktuální informace, negarantuje se, že veškerý obsah je bezchybný nebo úplný. Provozovatel neodpovídá za:

  • škody vzniklé používáním nebo nemožností používat web či aplikaci,
  • škody způsobené třetími stranami (např. poskytovateli připojení, reklamních služeb),
  • případné chyby v datech nebo jejich nesprávnou interpretaci uživatelem.

7. Odkazy na třetí strany

Web i aplikace mohou obsahovat odkazy na weby třetích stran (např. Google Play, dokumentace, externí projekty). Za obsah těchto webů nenese provozovatel odpovědnost. Používání těchto stránek probíhá podle podmínek jejich provozovatelů.

8. Ochrana osobních údajů

Způsob zpracování osobních údajů je popsán v dokumentu Zásady ochrany osobních údajů (Privacy Policy) a Zásady cookies. Používáním webu nebo aplikace potvrzujete, že jste se s těmito dokumenty seznámili.

9. Změny podmínek

Provozovatel si vyhrazuje právo tyto podmínky kdykoliv upravit. Aktualizovaná verze je vždy zveřejněna na této stránce s uvedeným datem poslední změny. Pokračováním v používání webu nebo aplikace po změně podmínek vyjadřujete svůj souhlas s jejich aktuálním zněním.

10. Rozhodné právo

Tyto podmínky se řídí právním řádem České republiky. Případné spory budou řešeny před příslušnými soudy České republiky.
